Indian Desi Tadka Cranberry Raita

Indian Desi Tadka provides healthy, nutrias  and tasteful Cranberry Raita.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup yogurt (dahi)
  • 3/4 cup dry cranberry
  • 1   tb.spoon sugar(or according to your test)
  • 1   tea spoon mustard seeds powder
  • 2 medium size green chillies
  • salt to test

Preparation:

  1. Take a Bowl

  3. Wipe the Yogurt in a way that there it should be soft and creamy.
  4. Now add 3/4 cup of dry cranberry in wiped yogurt and mix it.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar (it can be altered according to test) and mix it.
  6. Add 1 teaspoon mustard seeds powder and mix it.
  7. Add 2 medium size green chillies and mix it.
  8. Add salt to test.
  9. Refrigerate the raita and it is ready to serve.

Cranberry Raita can be serve with Garama Garam Paratha or Biriyani or Pulav, It is very easy to prepare and delicious to eat with healthy and nutrition for food.
