Indian Desi Tadka with Healthy Tonic Milk Shake.


  • 3/4 cup Almonds
  • 8 to 10 pitted Dates
  • 1/4 Tsp. Cardamom
  • Few Thread of Saffron
  • 2 Cups Soya, Rice, Dairy Mike


  • Soak almond for couple of min. in warm water and then peel up.
  • Combine ingredients together into Blender.
  • Server into Class with sparkling of Saffron on top and enjoy.

Indian Desi Tadka Cranberry Raita

Indian Desi Tadka provides healthy, nutrias  and tasteful Cranberry Raita.


  • 2 cup yogurt (dahi)
  • 3/4 cup dry cranberry
  • 1   tb.spoon sugar(or according to your test)
  • 1   tea spoon mustard seeds powder
  • 2 medium size green chillies
  • salt to test


  1. Take a Bowl

  3. Wipe the Yogurt in a way that there it should be soft and creamy.
  4. Now add 3/4 cup of dry cranberry in wiped yogurt and mix it.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar (it can be altered according to test) and mix it.
  6. Add 1 teaspoon mustard seeds powder and mix it.
  7. Add 2 medium size green chillies and mix it.
  8. Add salt to test.
  9. Refrigerate the raita and it is ready to serve.

Cranberry Raita can be serve with Garama Garam Paratha or Biriyani or Pulav, It is very easy to prepare and delicious to eat with healthy and nutrition for food.

Indian Desi Tadka with Chocolate Cake

Preparation time : 45 minutes

Ingredients 1:

  • Sugar – 2 cups
  • All purpose flour – 1 3/4 cup 
  • Cocoa – 3/4 cup
  • Baking powder – 1 1/2 tsp
  • Baking soda – 1 1/2 tsp
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Chocolate chips – 1/2 cup
  • Cashews broken – 1/2 cup

Ingredients 2:

  • Eggs – 2
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Oil – 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla extract – 2 tsp
  • Water – 1 cup

Method of Preparation:

  1. Mix all the ingredients 1 in a wide vessel.
  2. Beat the eggs and add all other ingredients 2 and mix well.
  3. Add the above 2 and mix them well without any lumps.
  4. Take an oven safe vessel and spread some butter to avoid sticking of the cake.
  5. Transfer the mixture to this container.
  6. Keep the mixture in the oven at 375F.
  7. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.


  • The vessel’s  height should be twice the  quantity of the mixture.
  • Add only half the quantity of cashews and chocolate chips and add the remaining after pouring the mixture in the baking tray. Else everything will settle down.

Indian Desi Tadka Aloo Tikki Burger Recipe: Indian Breakfast and Appetizer

Indian Desi Tadka Aloo Tikki Burger Recipe
• 10 Burger Buns
• 5 tsp Butter
• 2 Onions (sliced)
• 2 Cucumber (sliced)
• 2 Tomatoes (sliced)
• Cabbage (shredded)
• 10 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
• 10 tbsp Green Chutney

For Tikki
• 4 Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
• 10 slices Brown Bread (crumbs)
• 5 tbsp Vegetable Oil
• 1 tsp Amchur
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp Ginger Paste
• 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
• 100 gms Paneer (grated)
• Mix all the ingredients of tikki except paneer and oil. Aftermixing it well, make 10 balls out of it.
• Heat oil in a nonstick pan.
Now, take one ball at a time and stuffit with one tsp of paneer and shape it into a flat tikki.
• Make all the tikkis and shallow fry in the pan from both the sideson slow flame.
• Take one burger bun and cut it from the middle. Toast it withlittle butter.
• Put one tsp of ketchup on one side of the bun and one tsp of greenchutney on the other.
• Place a tikki on the bun, followed by a slice of tomato, cucumberand onion. At last, put some shredded cabbage and cover it with theother part of the bun.
• Pierce a toothpick through the bun. Likewise, make all theburgers.
• Aloo Tikki Burger is ready to eat.
Serve hot with green chutneyand ketchup.

Indian Sweet Coconut Burfi Recipe : Indian Recipes

• 2 cups Scraped Coconut Shreds
• 1 cup Sugar
• 1-1/2 cup Water
• 2 tbsp Milk
• 1 tbsp Ghee
• 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder

• Heat a pan, add the coconut shreds and fry gently over moderate heat.
• When the coconut milk moisture is somewhat lessened, remove it from heat.
• Now in a separate vessel, boil water over moderate heat.
• When the water boils, add the sugar and keep on stirring till the sugar water boils.
• Add the milk to the boiling sugar syrup.
• When the sugar syrup reaches a thick syrupy stage, add the fried coconut shreds to it.
• Stir constantly till the coconut and sugar syrup are blended thickly and stickily together.
• Now add the ghee and cardamom seeds powder.
• Stir till the mixture looks thick, remove from the heat and pourinto a ghee-smeared table or plate.
• Flatten the surface evenly with the help of an oiled flat slice.
• When cold, cut into squares or diamond shapes and serve.

Badam (Almond) Puri Recipe : Indian Sweets Recipes
• 2-1/2 cup Maida
• 1/2 cup Badam (paste)
• 3-1/2 cup Sugar
• 1-1/4 cup Rice Flour
• 100 ml Milk
• 1 gm Saffron
• 1 tsp Cardamom
• 25 ml Ghee

• 1 cup Oil
• 1 cup Water

• Knead dough with rice flour, maida, milk and almond paste.
• Heat water in a pan and add saffron and cardamom to it. Stir it to make sugar syrup.
• Make small balls of the dough and roll each ball into a small round puri.
• Apply ghee on the puri and stack one on the top of other with three puries in each stack.
• Roll and cut each stack into small pieces. Again, roll the pieces into a round
shape and deep fry until golden brown.

• Now put all the puris in the sugar syrup. Leave it for 10 minutes
and take them out of it.
• Badam Puri is ready to serve.
